Deal registration from your CRM to the AWS partner portal

Register an AWS co-sell opportunity without leaving the PSA you already work in.

What you'll see

A short walkthrough of Cotillion's live deal registration workflow: an opportunity created in your PSA or CRM is mapped, checked and pushed through to AWS Partner Central as a co-sell registration, with sync status visible in one place.

  • One dashboard showing connected systems, sync freshness and the deals that need action
  • Opportunities flow in from the PSA/CRM rather than being re-keyed into a vendor portal
  • Unmapped deals are surfaced explicitly, so nothing registers against the wrong vendor
  • Registration is pushed through to AWS Partner Central and the result is written back

Summary & transcript

This walkthrough covers Cotillion's deal registration workflow: taking an opportunity that already exists in your PSA or CRM and registering it as an AWS co-sell deal, without anyone re-typing it into a vendor portal.

The dashboard is the starting point. It shows which systems are connected and how recently each one synced, the deals that need attention, and a deal overview split between action required, synced and ignored. The intent is that a partner manager can see the state of their registrations in a few seconds rather than logging into each portal in turn.

Deals arrive from the connected system. Each one carries its description, the opportunity it belongs to and when it was last updated. Deals that have not yet been matched to a vendor are flagged as unmapped, which is the queue of work: mapping is a deliberate step so a registration never lands against the wrong vendor programme.

Once a deal is mapped, it can be submitted as an AWS co-sell registration. Cotillion handles the submission into AWS Partner Central and writes the outcome back, so the sync status on the dashboard reflects what the vendor portal actually accepted rather than what someone believes they submitted.

The practical effect is that deal registration stops being a manual, memory-dependent task at the end of a sales cycle and becomes part of the workflow the team is already in. Deal registration with AWS is live today; further vendor integrations and modules are on the Cotillion roadmap.
