Cisco Duo partner programme

Compiled 2 October 2026

Programme at a glance

Programme type
Two routes: the Duo MSP Program for managed service providers, and the Cisco 360 Partner Program for resellers and other Cisco security partners.
Margin model
Duo MSPs are billed monthly on the billable users in their console at month end. Cisco 360 partners get exclusive pricing on registered deals and quarterly incentives on total contract value. Discount and rebate rates aren't published.
Partner tiers
The Duo MSP Program publishes no tiers. In Cisco 360 every enrolled company is a registered Cisco Partner, with portfolio designations such as Cisco Security Partner and Cisco Preferred status; Cisco's ANZ partner chief told techpartner.news that Preferred needs a value index of 7.5.
Best for
MSPs securing access for client environments, and Cisco resellers selling security
Deal registration notes
Available through Cisco 360, where registration unlocks exclusive pricing. The Duo MSP Program page doesn't mention it, and the protection window isn't published.

MDF gating
Cisco 360 offers Co-Sell MDF for partners promoting solutions built on Cisco technologies. Amounts and eligibility aren't published, and the Duo MSP Program lists no MDF.
Partner requirements
Demanding - The Duo MSP Program is free with no sales commitments, minimums or special certifications. Cisco 360 designations rest on a monthly value index, and Preferred status needs advanced technical certifications.

How to read the charts
  • Charted entries have been checked and scored by indyrct, and show when we last verified them. Sighted entries are compiled from public sources and aren't scored yet.
  • The Value Radar scores a programme out of 10 on four things: Propensity, Profitability, Priority and Presence. A bigger shape means a stronger programme for partners. The total is out of 40.
  • Partner requirements are what a partner has to meet to join or keep its status, such as revenue targets, certifications, requalification or credit checks. We rate them Light, Moderate or Demanding.
  • A dashed, empty radar means we haven't charted that programme yet. 'Not published by vendor' means the vendor doesn't say publicly - not that the programme lacks it.
