Programme at a glance

Category
Distribution
Programme type
MSP cloud marketplace programme (Pax8 Voyager Alliance) with spend-based tiers
Margin model
Partners buy at the fees shown in the Pax8 Marketplace and set their own prices; Pax8 may suggest retail prices. In Australia, Titan partners earn rewards points on 1% of monthly spend and Galactic partners on 2%, redeemable as invoice credits on selected offers. Discount and margin percentages aren't published.
Partner tiers
Five tiers set by average monthly spend: Alliance Member (A$0-699), Ignite (A$700-3,499), Velocity (A$3,500-14,999), Titan (A$15,000-149,999) and Galactic (A$150,000+). Spend is a rolling three-month average. Promotion is monthly, and tiers are realigned downward once a year, in March.
Best for
MSPs serving small businesses that want cloud products from many vendors in one marketplace
Deal registration
Not published by vendor
Deal registration notes
Nothing is published for Australian partners. Pax8's US AWS page mentions AWS ACE deal registration, which is AWS's own programme.
Protection window

MDF gating
The current Australian guide and tier tables list no MDF, although a November 2024 Pax8 blog said select tiers had it, with proof of use. Titan and Galactic partners get pax8Premier sports and event marketing assets.
Partner requirements
Light - Nothing to meet to join or keep a tier: tiers follow spend, with no certification or joining minimum. Alliance Members pay a A$30 monthly Marketplace fee, and standard payment terms are Net 10.

How to read the charts
  • Charted entries have been checked and scored by indyrct, and show when we last verified them. Sighted entries are compiled from public sources and aren't scored yet.
  • The Value Radar scores a programme out of 10 on four things: Propensity, Profitability, Priority and Presence. A bigger shape means a stronger programme for partners. The total is out of 40.
  • Partner requirements are what a partner has to meet to join or keep its status, such as revenue targets, certifications, requalification or credit checks. We rate them Light, Moderate or Demanding.
  • A dashed, empty radar means we haven't charted that programme yet. 'Not published by vendor' means the vendor doesn't say publicly - not that the programme lacks it.
